60 DB Push Press (45/25)

45 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

30 Power Cleans (135/95)

15 Muscle Ups (Sub ring Dips or 2:1 Push-ups)

*Both athletes complete 400m Runs (one holding sandbag, switching as often as needed. After returning from run, split reps as even as possible with only 1 athlete working at a time

*All reps of one movement must be completed before moving on to the next
