Our skilled and knowledgeable coaching staff works with each individual to help them achieve their true fitness potential through well-balanced nutrition and targeted programs.
We offer all levels CrossFit classes and personal training, utilizing the ten standards of fitness: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program built around constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
Designed to improve endurance, strength, speed, agility, and more, it's universally scalable — making it equally effective for beginners and elite athletes alike. A typical one-hour class includes a warm-up, skill work, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a cooldown stretch.
Every WOD is recorded so you can track your progress and push yourself to keep improving.

Do I need any prior experience to join CrossFit Vae Victis?
Not at all. CrossFit Vae Victis was built for people of all fitness backgrounds, from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Our coaches are trained to scale every movement to your current ability level, so you'll never be thrown into something you're not ready for. All you need to walk through the door is a willingness to work hard and an open mind.
What should I expect during my first class?
Expect to be welcomed. Your first class at CrossFit Vae Victis is less about performance and more about introduction — to the movements, the coaches, and the community. You'll warm up, learn the basics of the day's workout, and complete a scaled version of the WOD alongside other members. Our coaches will be with you every step of the way to make sure you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to come back.
How do I get started — do I need to sign up in advance?
The easiest way to get started is to claim your free trial class and let us take it from there. We recommend signing up in advance so a coach can reach out, answer any questions you have, and make sure you're set up for a great first experience. Walk-ins are always welcome, but a heads-up helps us give you the attention you deserve.
Are your classes suitable for all fitness levels?
Absolutely. One of the core principles of CrossFit is scalability — every workout can be adjusted in weight, range of motion, and intensity to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're just getting off the couch for the first time or you've been training for years, you'll get a challenging, effective workout every single time you walk through our doors.
What is the difference between CrossFit and a regular gym membership?
At a traditional gym, you're on your own — picking machines, guessing at programming, and hoping you're making progress. At CrossFit Vae Victis, every workout is expertly programmed, coach-led, and done alongside a community of people working toward the same goals. You get structure, accountability, and results you can actually see — plus a group of people who will push you harder than you'd ever push yourself alone.
How often should I come in as a new member?
We typically recommend starting with three days per week and building from there. This gives your body time to adapt to the demands of CrossFit training while allowing you to develop consistency and confidence in the movements. As you progress, many of our members work up to four or five days per week — but there's no rush. Show up, put in the work, and let the results guide you.
