800m Run

*RX+ Thrusters (135/95) and 30 Bar Muscle-ups

*Level 2 – BJO (20/18), Thrusters (95/65), Pull-ups

*Level 1 – BJO (18/12), Thrusters (75/55), Ring Rows

*All 3 team members complete 800m runs together. Once run is completed, 1 person working at a time on the remainder of the movements, break them up as evenly as possible.
